AWARD WINNING BEERS
Our journey into creating Boundary Island Brewery started better than our wildest dreams could have imagined.
In only a few short years we have taken home the Best New Brewery Trophy at both the Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA’s) and the Perth Royal Awards, and won Champion Small Brewery at the Indies.
The AIBA’s is the world’s largest beer competition promoting beer and brewing excellence around the world. Medals at this level are a true testament to the quality of product and brewing talent. 7 medals were awarded, including a Gold for our Estuary Ale.
The Perth Royal Beer Awards is WA’s premier beer competition and Boundary Island Brewery cleaned up with ALL beers winning medals, plus an absolutely outstanding result of receiving the trophy for the Best Pale Ale (Estuary Ale) and the Best Low Alcohol Beer (Island Draught). A total of 6 golds, 1 silver and 5 bronze medals were awarded.
THE BEER - Our Core range
Our award winning beer is brewed onsite with no decisions made unless we have deliberated over 6 beers. Very irresponsible we know, but hey we do love great beer.
Spiced Anchor Ginger Beer 4.0%
Spicy & sweet, this fragrant ginger beer is totally refreshing. Great for a day out on the boat.
The Deckie IPA 6.5%
Bursting tropical Fruits. A light Pils malt base leaves uninterrupted showcase of American hops bursting with tropical aromatics. One for the fruity lovers
Estuary Ale XPA 4.2%
The initially light & unassuming beer is quickly pummelled with bright aromatics of lime, melon and spearmint. Freshness in a Glass!
Pelican Pale Ale 5.0%
A combo of classic and modern citrusy hops with a moderate bitterness and a touch of toasty malt.
The Captain Lager 4.8%
A fresh local lager for boaties, tradies and thirsties alike. Based on a classic German Pilsner.
Island Lager Mid 3.5%
A Cold delicious, crispy mid-strength lager. Beer you don’t need to think about. This one is an all day grazer.

Yes this taste like a Pina Colada but Nitro infused making it coconut creamy.
